A Year of Stories/Week 3

I'm sure I'm not the only one in our circle who is telling the story of a snowstorm this week. We ended up with 16 inches here in Midlothian, Virginia. It started Friday around 11a.m. and didn't stop until Saturday at 11p.m.  A legit blizzard that only allowed the kids to enjoy it briefly each day because of the single digit wind chills and heavy, heavy snowfall. We were happy though to all be home safe and sound and were loaded up with firewood, junk food, netflix and booze. Here's how this one went...

Now keep following our blog circle to the crazy talented Renee Bonuccelli and see her story for this week!

  2. Love this post! The black and white snow pics are timeless and make me feel so nostalgic, but gah the color ones are gorgeous too! Love the way the light is falling on the snow- you captured it all beautifully!

  4. Theses are fab. Great story. I love how the first ones are b/w and then the first few indoors are color emphasizing the warmth of indoors! Looks like a perfect snow day of playing outside, snuggling down indoors with family.

  5. I first saw the snow covered leaves on facebook and loved it then, and it's still my favorite, but I love that you included the pets in the story, too! The snow covered Uggs is a cool perspective, too. Great week!
