It's time for our monthly Life Unscripted blog circle...documenting our life {unscripted} for May. I have chosen to feature my favorite images each month. So with all the rain, some fun events, and plenty of ordinary life moments, here is my May!
Next up in our circle is a favorite of mine, Tiffany Erb of Tiffany Erb Photography. I absolutely love everything she creates. You will too!!!

A Year of Stories/Week 20
Week 20 in our A Year of Stories collaborative project. Hope you enjoy following our blog circle. Up next is Renee Bonuccelli...I love getting a glimpse of her life each week.
My week was a pretty big one. My daughter's graduation party! We had 50+ people come through and wish her well. Despite the monsooning rain, there was fun to be had. Hannah was happy and gracious and beautiful. I was proud and emotional and a little teary. While I know how exciting the next chapter will be for Hannah, I feel like I'm losing something. Not sure exactly what...life as it's been for the last 18 years, knowing that Sophie and Gavin are about to feel that void, the safety of having her under our roof, and so many other things. So it's bitter sweet for the mom of the graduate. No need to sugar coat it.
I didn't take many pictures. I wanted to be present and soak it in. And it was such a gloomy day inside and out. But with some help from friends and last minute event tents it turned out exactly how I envisioned it.

A Year of Stories/Week 19
Take me out to the ball game!
This was Sophie's first trip to Nationals Stadium. Gavin was her tour guide. It was all fun and games until the storms rolled in. Took my last shots wearing a rain poncho. Ha!
